A beautiful dark fuschia colour in the glass immediately draws you in. The aromas are clearly fruit-driven but avoid tipping into anything overly confected, instead showing lively cranberry and cherry fruit with an appealing touch of spice. The palate has impressive texture and concentration for a rosé, with that bright red berry fruit spreading generously across the tongue ... A fine example of Tavel rosé. Drinking window: 2026-2028.
