Intense cherry colour with tile highlights. Complex nose with aromas of juicy ripe cherries and red fruits as well as subtle barrel, vanilla and hints of tobacco. The ripe tannins combined with the light barrel feel create a complete body with a long aftertaste.

Limniona, a native Thessalian variety purely linked to viticulture in the wider area of Karditsa. For the production of the monovarietal bottle, a cryo-extraction took place which lasted four days. This was followed by the automatic initiation of alcoholic fermentation while continuing with selected yeast strains. After the end of the alcoholic fermentation, it was time for the malolactic fermentation for the correct regulation of the wine's acids as well as for the creation of an integrated body. The last but very important stage is the maturation and aging of the wine before bottling. French and some American barrels of two hundred and five hundred liters were chosen to house the wine for nine months before at least six months of aging in the bottle.
